Terms of sale

These terms cover products sold by Trendasaur. Trendasaur is run by Online Perseverance LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

• Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Prices are in US dollars. The total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• If we can't fill an order (for example, an item sells out), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

See our shipping & returns page. Short version: US only, estimated delivery 4-6 weeks, cancel within 24 hours for a full refund, returns within 30 days of delivery.

Products

Product photos and descriptions are our best effort. Small differences in color or packaging can happen. Use products as intended and follow any included instructions. Products with adult supervision notes are not toys for small children.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
