Shipping & returns

This page is for products sold by Trendasaur (the ones with an "Add to cart" button). Products with a "Check price on Amazon" button are sold and shipped by that store, so their policies apply.

Shipping

• Where: we ship to US addresses only for now.
• How long: estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks from your order. Many of our finds are brand new, so we bring them in, check them and pack them ourselves before they head to you.
• Cost: shown at checkout before you pay.
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Cancel within 24 hours

Changed your mind? Email [email protected] within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Returns

• Return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
• Email [email protected] with your order email first, and we'll send return instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, broken or wrong.

Damaged, broken or wrong item

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you don't need to send it back.

Order never showed up?

If it's been more than 6 weeks and tracking hasn't moved, email us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it.
